The breakfast was brilliant, but more so because of the friendliness of the staff. There was an older genteman who was incredibly helpful and attentive.

Entering the apartment the kids were really excited (we didn't tell them in advance). They loved everything!
There was a good communication with the host, explaining everything in advance, and you also have a booklet with extra things regarding your stay (we also took some recommendations for things to do around).
Very good location, close to everything, from WB studio to Ninja Warrior.
The kitchen has all you need and then some more :)

Nice to have doors opening out to a view of the garden, helped it feel nice and cool.
The fans in the bedroom were a godsend in the heat.

We went to Watford purely for a family visit as this is where we used to live. It was great to go back and revisit some of our old favourite places and acted as a good base for us to travel out to other surrounding locations. I would however not recommend for a holiday destination as the main town centre has very few shops etc or much to see.
Great location for train line into London etc.

Watford is a great location from which you can access London. There are lots of different restaurants, shops and activities easily accessed in the centre of town. We found Watford was a great base to stay as it provided superb access to the Warner Bros Studios and the Harry Potter tour.

I visited Watford for work.
I visited Watford for work. The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Good mix of coffee, food and bar options within a couple of minutes walk, some chains and some independent. Easy parking.
The flat was lovely and very clean. We were only a 10 min walk from Watford junction. The little estate the flats are located on is very beautiful and we got free parking with the booking. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He was very easy to get hold of and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely stay again as it was great value for money and only 20 mins to Euston on the fast train. Probably the best place I’ve stayed on a London trip. Also very near to the town centre with lots of bars and restaurants.
Excellent hotel, perfect as a base for visiting the Harry Potter Warner Brothers Studio. Breakfast was lovely, the room was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The hotel is a 3 minute walk to Watford Junction station, which is where the free shuttle bus leaves for the Harry Potter Studios. Also a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the high street with lots of places to eat. We also ate in O'Neill's Irish pub next to Watford Station and it was really cheap with tasty food.
Livin' Serviced Apartments is just a few minutes walk from the Watford Junction Station and if you are going to Harry Potter Studio you arrive at the station just where the bus waits to bring you there.
The apartment is very spacious and equipped with all you need for a long stay or if you want to save on cost and cook yourself.
Sainsbury big supermarket is 10 minutes walk away opposite side to the station.
It's in the same building as the Holiday inn so you can always ask staff there for help.
We were looking into place to sleep while visiting the Warner Bros. studios tour and the Leonardo hotel was a very good option, at less than 10 mins walk to Watford Junction from where one can catch the shuttle to the studios. The breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed a couple of pints in the evening. You wouldn't say so, but the livelier part of Watford is just around the corner so it seems a good spot from which to explore as well.
Peter is an amazing owner, tells you what you need to know to move with the public service. it’s not a 5 stars hotel, but it’s comfy , warm and tidy. very good breakfast, you have to manage by yourself, but there are lots of choices. close enough to the underground either you can catch a Uber to watford junction for 6$ or by walk within 20 min. The room was big enough , with all the necessary in. very good stay.
When I stay in hotels my main issue is always that there isn’t any water, the 5L bottle in my room at this stay was greatly appreciated and a lovely surprise! The host is beyond lovely and makes you feel so welcome. The bed is sooo comfortable aswell! Definitely booking this place again as soon as I can!
The house made us feel like not to end our vacation, fell inlove with Watford.
The Atria Mall had everything we needed. The Train station was just 5mins to the house on the high street.
The staff responded in max 15mins to our requests. And we had everything we needed all through. Very spacious too.
Near the Warner Bros Studio Tour (only 15 mins drive), near to Tube station (10 mins walk to Watford), and self contained unit with private kitchenette and private bathroom.
Clean, staff were great, nice and quiet.
We weren't disturbed or bothered by anyone.
Parking free onsite is a FANTASTIC bonus.
Staff was brilliant especially Karen, all made me feel very welcome. The location was perfect for my stay as I had to travel into London and Watford Junction is less than a 5 min walk. Nice food and decent pint in the hotel, will be staying again 100%
Clean modern flat, excellent central location near High Street with bars/restaurants and shopping centre.
Freindly host very helpful with any queries we had.
0.5 miles to either Watford High St or Junction stations with easy access to Central London
The hotel was in a convenient location, very easy checking in & out. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and catered to our needs. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Carpark was really close and a good price too.
great value for money staff exceptional , noting was to much, very kind very helpful parking onsite a bonus a hidden little gem easy waling to town centre and Watford junction
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was of a very large size, with full size bath which makes a change from other hotels whereby the bathrooms and bath are tiny.
Location was good, walkable distance from Watford Junction Train Station. but it's about 15mins walk to town centre if you need choice of restaurants and other shops.
