The owner, Rene, was very attentive, friendly, and he made me feel very welcome. The property has plenty of trees which make it pleasantly cool. For the entire time I stayed I had no need for a fan as there was a nice breeze both day and night. Lots of screened windows to let that breeze in and I honestly never encountered a single mosquito inside or out of the room.

It is a genuine paradise.The hosts are so delightful and ready to help you in any way .The place itself is so beautifully done.It is just on the beach,you can hear the waves at night,the stars are brilliant.Not to mention that you can see the sunrise and sunset just from the front of the hotel.Ah..and the food,was absolutely exceptional.Do yourself a favour and go there!I will definetly return!

We had such good time at Casa Chula, it‘s (still) a hidden paradise. From our room we had the best view over the sea. Everything was very clean and extremely cared after, the staff was so friendly and professional. Make sure to bring your own groceries, and also visit the restaurant next door.

The layout of the casa was super nice, with warm lights during the evening, the waves you could hear from the room, the hammocks to chill, the stars you could see at night. This is by far the most beautiful accommodation in Agua Blanca and I felt extremely comfortable. Feno was an exceptional host and the personell was very nice and attentive aswell. There are three cute dogs that will follow you to the beach and adopt you immediately, the all stole my heart. The pool is perfect for in the morning before or after breakfast or when the sea is too rough to swim and you can spend the day relaxing in the hammock on the balcony of your room or the one at the pool. To the two shops and the many restaurants in the center of town its about a 10-15 minutes walk. The room is spacious and comfortable and I slept very well, waking up to the sound of waves. I recommend arriving with a car so you can get around the coast but if not, Agua Blanca has everything to stay there for several days. Download the direction and where the hotel is exactly so you can find it without trouble when you arrive - except from everyones Wifi's there is no reception anywhere in Agua Blanca.
