Kampen is a so called Hansecity like Hamburg, Lubeck or Bremen in Germany. Nice little town. Grote Markt with a lot of possibility of eating-out. River Ijssel is runng through city. Many canals like in Amsterdam.

Great location for visiting old town centre of Kampen. Small kitchen area supplied with teas and ground coffee (plus coffee making machine). Fridge full of wine, beer and soft drinks at very reasonable prices. Great use of space for a small area. Seating outside on pavement (on two sides of the building). Can sit in sun or shade and watch the locals walk and cycle past.

Located at an alley of the main street of Kampen, so perfect location and side views to the river. Apartment is cozy, tidy and with attention to details. Kitchen is just fine for a week, including coffe capsules and chocolate bars to welcome you. I really appreciate the quality of the beds. It has a large living room, well-equipped kitchen, cosy fire place, and bed room with attached shower. Watching water birds and passing ships. The owners were very friendly and always available if there were any issues, as they live nextdoor. It's a 15-minute walk from Kampen and 5-minute walk from Kampen railway station.
