Everything in this hotel was amazing.
I am a tour operator and came to visit to seek out possible hotels for my groups to stay.
The checkin was exceptionally well, super quick and friendly.
They were willing to speak and answer all questions, and most importantly I didn't feel rushed.
The cleanliness of the hotel is superb. Daily house keeping and really friendly staff.
They stock up the waters, tea etc very generously (which was especially needed in the hot heat of may)
There was hardly any wait time for elevators, they had lots and they were super quick too.
Breakfast has a wide variety, excellent start for a day.
The free shuttle service is a must in this heat. Very quick and effective.
There is a mini mall in the lg floor of the hotel, decently priced, great for groceries and also a barber.
They even let me have a slight late check out - once again brilliant all round.

Whenever I have time off, visiting Mecca is always at the top of my list! It's a place that draws you in, and every time you leave, you feel like you haven't had enough and want to return for more. Besides performing Umrah and prayers, it has a unique appeal to the heart and soul. Of course, it is the House of Allah!

I liked the trip. Hotel location is prime location and there service is very good.( Swissôtel Makkah)
The only thing I can’t find kids entertainment or even near by Haram ( walking distance).
The people selling in the street making more crowd while going to Haram or others asking for taxi ride.
The virtual museum is good attraction. Especially for kids.
Shopping is overpriced.

A beautiful city where you can work upon your soul.
A beautiful city where you can work upon your soul. It's a very important city for Muslims specifically. The moment you enter the city, you'll get an emotional connection with the city. The moment you enter the Masjid Al Haram, you'll forget everything. Apart from that it also has historical places to visit in and around Makkah. I would highly recommend this city to all Muslims that they should visit at least once in their life.

Mecca is our holy city around the year , every muslim is dreaming to perform Omra and Haj and to spend most of his time in Mecca . despite the fact that the authorities are making it harder for people to enter the Mataf area and even make it difficult to pray inside , it is still our objective to reach there always
We stayed for 2 nights. very good experience, Haram was just 5 minutes walk, taxies arrive right in front of the hotel, also stations for local busses very close. Mr Shafiqur Rehman, restaurant manager was excellent, providing every possible assistance. Breakfast was great with many choices. Our out of hours house keeping request was immediately dealt with by Mr Jamal. Must recommend this hotel for anyone looking quality accomodation near Haram in Makkah.

The people at reception and the staff were all awesome. Liked the rooms and the clock tower view. My family and kids were happy staying, it is very near to mecca and all restaurants and shops very close to hotel. Even taxi easily available
It is very much worth for the price. You can just spend 30 sar in taxi from haram to ibis rather than spending another 400 Sar for hotel near haram. Since its chain of hotel, they maintain the neatness and facilities
Very nice hotel, clean all amenities were available, much better than many hotels near Haram with high price,

Nawaf Al Zahra at Reception such a nice guy, very helpful and professional
It's a clean hotel, near Haram on the way, but in returning back a bit far however there is a bus available 24 hours. Most of the staff was helpfull. Mr. Ali, Mr. Ziad and Mr. Abdulla were very cooperative.
I liked all staff who are professional and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and near Haram. The breakfast is great. All facilities are great but not suitable for old or in wheel chairs coming for Omra.
Breakfast was not included in the room. The hotel is near haram, however, it faces a major crowded bus stop area. This is the last city bus/taxi stop and from where people start walking to haram.
Price is amazing compared to its location(near haram). There is a bus that takes you to haram for free near the hotel (2 mins walking distance). Also rooms are clean and well equiped.
