The staff are friendly and willing to help. A little bit far from the city center but still a great location, right in front of the metro and tram station.

Bed is comfy and my room was spacious, same with the bathroom. - Nice selection of breakfast items - Don‘t miss out on the garden! Great to relax throughout the day - Staff is friendly and speak English well, check-in and out were a matter of seconds - There is an elevator so no need to walk stairs hehe - The location is really good. You can use tram 4 or 6 to get to all the major tourist attractions (10-20mins depending on what you wanna see). 10min walk to the bus stop of the airport bus 100e. An Aldi is right around the corner if you want to buy food.
