EXCESSIVE!

Das City Lodge Hotel V&A Waterfront erwartet Sie mit einem Außenpool und Poolblick in Kapstadt, 6 km vom Einkaufszentrum Canal Walk entfernt. The room was so comfortable, spacious enough, very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful with my requests. Since there are ongoing renovations they were very mindful about the comfort of the visitors which was very nice.

Everything met my expectations - they solved our technical issue immediately and offered generous compensation. The facilities are very clean and nice, the spa has spectacular view from the 19th floor. Breakfast is also excellent just as my overall experience with the staff.

We stayed for a week and loved this hotel. Excellent location, confortable and quiet room, beautiful facilities, especially the entrance hall with the giant Christmas tree. Good and varied breakfast and the "Stella" cafe/restaurant is excellent value for money. We had most of our dinners there. Staff is very friendly and professional. A big thanks to the receptionist at the guided tours counter who was very helpful and quick in arranging our private tour to the Cape of Good Hope. We also appreciated the breakfast boxes prepared for our early departure.
