The staff for hotel in reception & the restaurant staff are very friendly & smiley. The breakfast is very delicious, I recommend to book a room including breakfast because if not u will paid about 500 rand per person.

My husband was able to use the separate sitting area at night to surf the internet and not disturb my sleep. We felt safe with the security guard presence in the courtyard when we returned from the V&A Waterfront at nights.
