Owners were lovely. Prime location and nice comfy rooms. The whole place is fantastic. Parking available on request as well. Ended up staying an extra night to spend more time in the area. 10/10. Will be coming back on my next trip!

Nestled in Langdale Valley, this hostel also boasts free WiFi, home-cooked food, cycle storage and is also just 2 minutes’ walk from the local pub. It was an amazing stay. Charlie the caretaker was a very nice lady. The rooms were super clean. The dorms were beautiful. The bathrooms were super clean and tidy as well. You can also cook your own meal in the self catering kitchen.

Wayfarers Independent Hostel has private twin rooms with en suite facilities, as well as dormitories with bunk beds. All have lockers, bedside lights and bedding provided, with towels available for hire. It's a great place perfect for cyclists doing the C2C ride - even a drying room for clothes.

The staff was awesome, full of happyness and I think that's what a hostel needs! The City tour programs and the night programs too was impressive! The rooms and everything was clean. Can't wait to go back there!
