The riad is very clean and peaceful, a great place to relax after a busy day with the sounds of water trickling and wonderful aromatherapy. The terrace views and dinner were also exceptional, and were a great highlight for us.

The Bensouda is the farthest riyad and is almost impossible to find without help (the hotel sends someone), but it is incredibly worth it. The location is very close to the souk but also very quiet at night. The facilities are incredible. The rooms are big and very detail oriented, the bathroom is like a mini spa made for kings and queens. We got a massage which was also incredible, thanks to Kawtra. The food was delicious and the ambiance is magical. Everything was simply perfect and the entire team was splendid. We will recommend you to everyone coming to Fes.

Soon after my booking they proactively contacted me, helped me with the location, picked us from the blue gate and helped carrying our luggage. It is an amazing place to stay, very close to the medina with a lot of food options around it. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help you. The room was spacious and very clean. don't forget to go up and enjoy their rooftop while sipping on a Tea.
