Excellent location in the very center of Seville, helpful staff, good value for money. The studio was fully equipped with everything that you need while on holiday. The place was centrally heated so cooler morings weren't a problem. We vistited Seville in February so we could not use the swimming pool but we would surely appreciate it during spring or summer as it was located on the roof with a beautiful panoramic view of the city.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We initially booked just one night but when we arrived and saw the conditions we prolonged our stay with 3 more nights. Everything is clean and well equipped with high attention to details. We had a bottle of wine on the table and coffee pads for the coffee machine. On the rooftop is a swimming pool and sunbeds with tables and umbrellas where you can enjoy the sun. The check-in was fully automated but in the morning the staff was in the hotel for any support you might need.

From the convenient parking within the building to the breathtaking view of the bridge leading to the old town, this place had it all. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped to restaurant-level standards, leaving no detail overlooked. With around 200 visits on Airbnb and Booking, we can confidently say that this might be the best accommodation we've ever experienced. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There's truly nothing we can fault about this place - it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Beautiful apartment, modernly decorated and very clean. We had a beautiful terrace with a nice view. The location is excellent, close to very good restaurants and shops. Although it is close to the center, there is no noise because there is no traffic through the street. Honest recommendation!

Located in Seville, less than 1 km from Isla Mágica and a 14-minute walk from Plaza de Armas, atLumbreras16 provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with an outdoor swimming pool and pool... The apartment was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great - out of the busiest area but walkable to everything. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful!
